I was born on May 23, 1987, in Milan, where I lived until I was 19. Then, I began travelling the world and studying to complete my training in anthropology. I lived in Rome, London, Oxford, and Tokyo. To conduct my ethnographic research, I spent some time in the Solomon Islands, Ireland, and Southern China. The primary theme of my anthropological work is values, with a particular focus on morality and economics, as well as experimentation with diverse writing styles and interdisciplinary methods. Since 2018, I have also begun a successful collaboration with The Culture Factor.

Although culture, in the anthropological sense, profoundly influences our everyday experiences as humans, I prefer to keep my academic and consulting work separate. The reason is, essentially, a matter of language. Anthropologists rarely speak the same language as corporate executives, bankers, or managers of multinational organizations. However, it is precisely these with these key players that I wish to discuss the so-called #culturefactor, because I believe in the power of cultural competence to have a concrete and positive impact on people's lives, work, and well-being (see Consulting).

Similarly, in my publications, academic writing and fiction are mostly separated, but sometimes they intersect, and at times they even merge. I have theorized new ways of merging anthropology and fiction, and put these approaches into practice in both academic publications and fictional stories. References to both can be found on this website. (See Antropologia Narrata and Books)
