Culture Compass
The Culture Compass is a measurement tool to establish, through an online questionnaire: (1) your values, (2) the gap between your profile and that of three cultures of your choice; and (3) the areas of your behavior in which you can intervene to avoid problems and improve relationships with superiors, colleagues, subordinates, people to whom you transfer know-how, and other subjects belonging to the three selected cultures. Once the payment has been made, you will receive a link to the questionnaire. Once the questionnaire has been completed, you will receive a PDF file containing a report of approximately 50 pages in English in your email inbox (click here to see a sample report).

Individual
Consultancy
The individual consulting program is structured over three one-hour sessions. We'll focus on a single objective and develop a strategy to achieve it together. Before starting, you'll use the Culture Compass (included) to gain a better understanding of your positioning in three cultures of interest. During the first session, we'll discuss the results and develop a goal together; in the second session, we'll discuss the strategy to achieve it; in the third, we'll develop a timeline and action plan. Finally, the program also includes a one-hour follow-up session with the option to repeat the program if the objective hasn't been fully achieved (included).

Workshop
This Workshop aims to teach your team a methodology to solve problems arising from managing cultural differences. Over the course of a day, the group will receive the 6-Dimensional Model training package, which also includes the Culture Compass for all participants. The afternoon will be dedicated to a series of role-plays that effectively improve understanding of the problems through practice. At the end of the day, each participant will be invited to discuss how they intend to interact with others to contribute to problem-solving. The group leader will also have two individual meetings to discuss the workshop's objectives and outcomes.
